Refund Policy

As our goal is to offer the highest quality camp experience at a very reasonable cost, we need to ensure that all spots are full for every camp we offer, so we do not take a financial loss. Refunds will only be considered if a player should suffer a physical injury that would not allow them to participate in the camp they have registered for.

Cancellations for any other reason will only be considered for refund if we can fill the spot with someone from our waiting list, or if you know someone who will register to fill the spot.
